Refund Policy
- Refunds and returns are only accepted on non-personalized items up to 30 days after receipt of the item.
- Returns for sizing issues on non-personalized items will be paid by the buyer. We will pay it back to you. (USPS is roughly $6-10 for our average order) The item(s) must not be worn.
- Personalized items that are damaged in shipping will be handled on a case by case basis.
- Clearance items are non-refundable.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
- Items marked "as is" are non refundable.
- Customers cannot return an item and then purchase the same item to receive a discount if there is a sale active.
- We do not issue refunds for items marked as "Delivered" by the shipping service and it does not arrive. Please contact us and we will do our best to talk to the carrier and see if maybe they misdelivered your package.
If the item is damaged or missing in shipment(Tracking does no provide any more information), please use the contact us form and we will help you file a claim with the shipping carrier.
